The Oxford Women Empowerment Online Centre (OWEOC) is dedicated to uplifting women across Kerala by providing free and accessible training programs. Established to foster self-reliance and financial independence, OWEOC has empowered over 100,000 women through skill-building courses designed to equip them for meaningful careers and economic stability. Our mission is to bridge educational gaps and create opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they gain the skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

In addition to free training programs, OWEOC also offers paid courses across Kerala, expanding its reach to provide a blend of accessible and advanced learning opportunities that cater to diverse educational needs.
History of OWEOC
Founded in 1998 at Wandoor, Malappuram, OWEOC has been a beacon of quality education for career-oriented and ambitious students. Since its inception, the college has focused on delivering excellence in teaching, supervision, and practical learning experiences. Our campuses set the standard with modern facilities, K-TET-certified instructors, and an innovative curriculum that prepares students for real-world success.
With over 5000 graduates and an 80% employment rate, Oxford Community College operates from two campuses: Wandoor and Kalikavu. Accredited by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, we are the only institution in Eranad Taluk to offer KGT-level courses in fashion design and garment manufacturing technology, maintaining a perfect placement record over four batches.
We also provide KGCE-accredited animation courses, C-DIT-certified technical education programs, a pre-primary teacher training course in collaboration with Jain University, and a variety of paramedical courses including DMLT, MLT, and pharmacy assistant training.
To further extend our reach, we offer an online fashion design program under the OWEOC School of Fashion Design, serving over 6000 students worldwide with live sessions, recorded lessons, and an interactive learning app.
Our commitment to social responsibility is reflected in the many community service projects we lead, with a particular focus on supporting women through initiatives like the free, two-year fashion design course that equips women with skills to support themselves and their families.
